How long does it take to ship our order?

1-4 Working Days within Metro Manila
7-20 Working Days Nationwide (depending on quarantine policies of each city)

If you have already placed an order with us on shop.lucerneluxe.com and your order has not been delivered, kindly indicate on the notes your ORDER NO. and that you would like to include it in your watch order. Please ensure name and address are the same in both order forms.

How much is the delivery fee?

FREE DELIVERY NATIONWIDE for orders P1,000 and above. There will be a minimal delivery shipment fee of P120 for order below P3,000.

How do I know if my transaction went through?

Check your email if you have received an order confirmation receipt.

Otherwise, if you have not received a confirmation receipt immediately after payment, it means that the transaction was unsuccessful. You may email us at ac.support@lucerneluxe.com so that we can assist with your transaction.

How can I track my purchase?

Once your item has been packed, you may expect a notification from us through email.

What payment methods do you offer?

Yes, we do! We support Mastercard, Visa, American Express and JCB cardholders. We use Paymaya's POS for our transactions. We also allow bank deposits. Kindly reach out to us at ac.support@lucerneluxe.com.

Unfortunately, we do not support COD.

Are these authentic?

Yes, the watch straps are authentic. We are the official and exclusive retailers of the brands- Philip Stein, Hirsch, Rubber B and WOLF.

How do I know which strap will fit my watch?

That's a good question! There are 4 ways to find out your lug width.

1- You may find a number ranging from 18-24cm at the back of your current strap.

2- You may measure the width of the lug width using a ruler (in mm). We also do sell a spring bar tool with a ruler.

3- You can Google the model of your watch to check its lug width.

4- Message us know the model of your watch so we can check the details for you.

How do I change my strap? Do I need any tools?

It is very easy! Here is a guide on how to change your straps:

2- Traditional Method using a Spring Bar Tool

Some watch brands such as Philip Stein and new Hirsch watch straps do not require any tool. If this is your first- time to change your watch strap, you may need a spring bar tool to remove your current watch strap.
